Regia Realty is a real estate agency based in Perth, Western Australia. The website redesign focused on showcasing the agency’s properties and services, with English and Chinese language support to serve both audiences.
The goal was to create a professional, user-friendly website that encourages enquiries and simplifies property listing management. The website needed to help visitors explore available properties and contact the agency, while giving the team a practical way to keep listings up to date.
We designed and developed a custom WordPress website with property listings, bilingual content and contact and enquiry forms. A property management dashboard allows the team to add and edit listings, upload photos, update prices, mark properties as sold or leased, and access analytics. The website is currently awaiting final client approval.

Clear headings, property imagery and structured listing details make key information easier to scan, while contact and enquiry forms provide a direct next step for interested visitors.
